BEE

The blazing yellow of the sun

The wholesome shade of black

In the little miraculous frame

The pretty little you.

Resting only to acquire nectarines

A beauty to be admired from a distance.

Not different for humans

you too snooze to retain your memories

You never harm the delicate flowers

The pleasing beauties that welcome you

Yet to mankind at times a sign of subtle terror

Your buzz makes us look for shelter

Your engineering is far beyond imagination

In the feeble size great fascination

With all the richest desserts we make

None compares to the source we take

Your struggle is  long

The journey tiring

With just a short life span

inexplicable and wise.
